Order online at any time. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are processed the same working day. Weekend orders are dispatched the following Monday.

Your flooring or beds are carefully packaged and handed to our specialist courier partner. Large carpet rolls require specialist vehicles to prevent damage in transit.
You'll receive SMS and email notifications with your tracking number once dispatched. Track your delivery in real time so you know exactly when to expect it.
Your driver will attempt delivery 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your order. Kerbside delivery for large items.
Please inspect all items before signing. Note any damage on the delivery documentation. We strongly advise not booking your fitter until your order has arrived and been fully checked.

Standard delivery for carpets and flooring takes 3–7 working days for England and Wales. Scotland may take slightly longer. Express delivery (1–3 working days) is available — please contact us to confirm availability for your area before ordering.
Free delivery is automatically applied to all orders of £499 or more delivered to UK mainland addresses. No discount code is needed — it's applied automatically at checkout. Orders below this threshold are charged at £29.95.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an SMS and email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 3 working days of ordering, please contact our team.
If no one is available to receive your delivery, the driver will leave a calling card. A second delivery attempt will be made the following working day. If a third attempt is required, a re-delivery charge may apply. Please ensure someone is available on your chosen delivery day.
Our courier partners are contracted to deliver to kerbside or the nearest accessible ground-floor point. For safety and insurance reasons, drivers cannot carry large rolls or heavy pallets up flights of stairs. Please arrange to have someone help transfer goods from the access point.
We strongly recommend waiting until your full order has been delivered and thoroughly inspected before booking your fitter. Booking a fitter for the delivery date itself risks inconvenience in the rare event of any unexpected delays.
Order amendments or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting our team. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the standard returns policy will apply.
Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Weekend and bank holiday deliveries are not available. Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm, Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.
